The Workshop is the place where I will post my own and others Ideas for figures that I think would be outstanding and/or perform well in the Movie Maniacs line.

Since Series 3 was turned upside down expectation wise, I figured it's time to start to start taking a serious look at Series 4.

Now, just to get it out of the way, I will not be including favorites such as Candyman, or Pinhead, because it is likely they will be part of the new Clive Barker line, and/or Series 4.  An all Barker line is not beyond the realm of possibility, although I hope they incorporate some other characters as well.

Also, this is equally balanced with some mainstream characters since Series 3 caught us a little by surprise. I hope McFarlane will begin an Action line but just in case, they are here.  There are plenty of Horror characters to fill the series though so don't freak on me!

That being said, let's get started.

Who wouldn't want Indiana Jones!  If McFarlane intends to keep branching the line out, we might as well get the Movie characters we want!

Not to mention the fact that the Raiders poster would actually look pretty appropriate in a Movie Maniacs Marquee.

Indy should come with Pistol, Whip, Idol, Map, and possibly a removable hat just to name a few of the many possible extras.

He's new and his popularity is controversial, but I would buy a Hollow Man figure just because the possibilities are endless.

Sebastian Caine is one of the most sadistic characters to grace the silver screen in a while, and a figure would be truly cool.

You could have the base model of the figure be a body such as the one above with interchangeable heads including the one pictured above, the latex mask, a clear model of Bacon's head, and possibly even a clear head shaded in blood, that's not even including the possibilities of a "Muscle" head or Skull head.

The figure just has so many possibilities.

Accessories should include, Heat Visor, Tranq Gun, and Crowbar.

William Wallace from Braveheart would be another personal favorite for me. Loved the character and the film, and a figure definitely needs to be made!

He should feature the blue war paint, kilt, and battle gear, and accessories could include Sword, other assorted weapons, and maybe a base with some dead English soldiers, or parts of them lying at the feat of the victorious Wallace.

Look to the new Medieval Spawn figure as a guideline.

I am trying not to repeat myself too much from other workshops, but Hannibal still needs to be made, and there is no better time for it with the upcoming release of the long awaited sequel.

This figure could be made the other way I suggested it, or in the blue jumpsuit with that creepy look on his face.  I'll leave accessories up to the imagination since I have done him before.

Since he took everyone by surprise and looked awesome in the armor, I would love to have a MAXIMUS figure from Gladiator.

Russell Crowe is one of the most impressive actors to come around in a while and I have thought that for a long time.  I know he would make one dynamic looking figure.

Maximus should be featured in his gladiator Armor, and accessories should include a removable Helmet, Sword, Shield and various other Weapons.

John Doe from Seven is one of the most Haunting, and Psychotic characters in years.  The fact that he is played by Oscar Winner Kevin Spacey only helped to add surprise and depth to the character.

Although it's a long shot, it would still make a cool figure and would be a real creative challenge accessory wise.

Do you include Polaroid's, an Item from each of his victims, or maybe the infamous Box.  Long shot or not, this would be one of the best and most disturbing figures of the line.

I WANT HIM I WANT HIM I WANT HIM!

If you are gonna make more mainstream movie characters, you have to have Bruce and there's no better incarnation than John McClane.

They should base the look on the original Die Hard, and have him with his signature tank top, dark pants and BAREFOOT!  He should also be dirty and banged up, kind of like the picture to the left.

Accessories could include Handgun, Automatic weapon, Walkie Talkie, Cigarettes, and Duffel bag to hold it all that he stole from an unsuspecting terrorist.  McFarlane really has their work cut out for them with this figure.

Whether it be in a boxed set, or individual release, many people want an Evil Ash from Army of Darkness.

The possibilities are really endless with this figure.  In a boxed set form he could be packaged with Ash, Sheila, Skeleton Deadites, Horse, or any number of other characters.

Accessories are not as essential as the look of this figure, so I am throwing my support to putting full detail into his suit of armor and size.  This could be a great compliment to the much desired Ash figure.

special thanks to Doug for the pic, and malcolm for contributing

One figure I have always thought no one has ever done right was Robocop.  Through the many incarnations this figure has showed up in as a toy, they have all pretty much sucked.

McFarlane is just the company to do this figure justice and man it would be great!

The could finally get a paint job on him that looks somewhat metallic, and make his darker parts look shiny and tough.

Not much needed here accessory wise, A gun that fits into the leg holster would be cool, and maybe a removable uplink claw and this figure would be good to go.  Oh, removable helmet may be an option for this figure also.

Ahhh, Julie.  Everyone has been talking about incorporating some females into the line and I don't think there is one I would like to have more than Julie from Return of the Living Dead 3.

Mindy Clarke was Hot and unforgettable as this tragic teenage girl who was accidentally killed and then revived by her boyfriend by exposure to a military chemical which reanimates the Dead, making them UNDEAD!

The only way Julie could subside the pain was by inflicting pain on herself, that's why she looks they way she does over there.

Accessories with her would be minimal as well because  the detail needs to be with the figure .  Julie with all her piercings, chains, and cuts, as well as her jacket, cutoffs, and fishnets, and McFarlane, don't wuss out when it comes to the Bra.  There has to be a way to make a special version of this figure that's exactly the way it appears in the pic.

Thanks to god of wine for the pic

BOXED SET

With the making of King Kong, McFarlane that things can be done outside of scale, and that is why I feel a Jaws boxed set needs to be made.

It could be the scene where Jaws lunges onto the boat and could include Brody, Quint and maybe a Hooper figure.

You could take some artistic license with this one and have Quint being eaten and Brody firing on the monster, just for one.

Either way, it would be an great tribute, to a legendary film.
